About the Role
We are looking for a reliable, hardworking, and detail-oriented Vinyl Wrap Installer Assistant to join our team.
The ideal candidate is hands-on, eager to learn, and takes pride in delivering quality work. You will be responsible for assisting with vinyl wrapping installations, preparing vehicles and surfaces, handling materials, and supporting the installation team to ensure professional results.
Key Responsibilities
- Assist with applying vinyl wraps to vehicles and other surfaces.
- Prepare and clean surfaces before vinyl application.
- Help measure, cut, and handle vinyl materials.
- Assist with positioning, stretching, and smoothing vinyl to achieve a neat finish.
- Use installation tools and equipment safely and correctly.
- Maintain a clean and organised working area.
- Handle vinyl materials carefully to avoid damage or waste.
- Follow instructions and installation procedures.
- Assist with removing old vinyl, stickers, and graphics when required.
- Report any material or equipment issues to the supervisor.
Requirements and Qualifications
- Previous experience in vinyl wrapping or a similar role is an advantage but not essential.
- Good attention to detail and manual dexterity.
- Willingness to learn new skills and techniques.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Reliable, punctual, and responsible attitude.
- Ability to follow instructions and work accurately.
- Basic understanding of tools and equipment.
- Physically fit and comfortable with hands-on work, standing, bending, and lifting materials.
